Diet Change
No more supplements! I'm throwing my whey concentrate, creatine and multivitamin away.
Instead of having whey with milk and Creatine post Workout, I will just have a large glass of whole milk.
I'm trying to simplify my approach and this is the best way to do it.
Mobility Addition
I will now be adding some shaking and loose bouncing before doing my typical Warm-Up routine.
